Reseller Policy

disneycarnival.com takes great pride in the long-standing relationships we’ve built with our vendors. We are committed to honoring our vendor’s policies and as such do not fulfill orders to known resellers, nor does disneycarnival.com have a wholesale purchase division. If evidence of purchases from a reseller is discovered, those orders may be put on hold or canceled. If you have any questions feel free to give us a call between the hours of 8 am to 5 pm CST M-F.

Right to Make Changes
disneycarnival.com reserves the right to make changes to our Website as well as its Terms of Use and all other Legal Notices and Policies at any time. If you are dissatisfied with the disneycarnival.com Website, it is content, Terms of Use, Legal Notices, or Policies, you agree that your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the disneycarnival.com Website.

Product Display / Colors
disneycarnival.com makes every attempt to display product images on our Web site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the received product color, as the display of the color depends, in part, upon the monitor you are using.

Errors on our Website
The availability of products and prices or services is subject to change without notice. Errors or omissions will be corrected wherever discovered, and disneycarnival.com LLC reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it by following our Return Policy.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall disneycarnival.com LLC or any of its employees and/or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business, or profits. Some localities do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Product Condition Policy
All items we sell are brand new unless otherwise stated. Please be aware that in rare occasions an item’s manufacturer packaging may have been opened for the item to have been removed from the box for inspection, and thus, the original packaging seal may be broken, you will see a blue sticker with the wording, “QC PASSED” over the tape. This is normal and no cause for worry: the item is still new and unused.

Collecting Funds
Credit card transactions will be authorized at the time of purchase for the full amount of the items ordered, as items are shipped funds for those items will be captured and re-authorization(s) will be made for any remaining item(s). PayPal transactions will be captured in full for all item(s) at the time of purchase, refunds will be issued for any item(s) removed from the order or any item(s) unable to be fulfilled. PayPal transactions using eCheck usually take 3 to 6 days for payment hold to be released, at which time we can continue to process/ship your order. disneycarnival.com understands that some of our customers might prefer to pay by check or money order. We ask that you download, print, and mail the form to the included address along with your payment. Only orders placed through our official form will be accepted. Please allow 2 to 2 1/2 weeks from the date your order is mailed for delivery. If you’re needing the item in a shorter time frame, we would kindly consider you placing an order through our website directly.
